Our forms ask for contact details and information relevant to your question, tour, event, private label project or release-alert request. Do not include payment details, identity documents or other sensitive information in these forms.
The forms on this website currently validate your entries as previews. They do not send, store or deliver a request, and release alerts do not subscribe you. Contact us directly by email or phone when you need a response. If form delivery is connected later, this policy should be reviewed before information is collected.
Website visits and analytics
Hosting providers may process technical information needed to serve and protect the website, such as IP address, browser information and requested pages. If analytics are enabled, they may help us understand visits and improve content. We do not currently claim that a particular analytics service or advertising tracker is active.

Services outside this website
Shopping opens our separate Shopify checkout at shop.valorpeakdistillery.com. The shop and its service providers handle ordering and payment information under their own policies. Do not send payment information through our general website forms.
Google Maps directions and Instagram links take you to those services. Their privacy policies and settings apply when you use them. We do not embed a third-party interactive map in the retailer finder. Clicking an external link is your choice.
How long information is kept and protected
Information you send by email may be kept while needed to respond, manage a business relationship, meet legal obligations or resolve a dispute. We seek to limit access to people who need it for those purposes. No online system can promise complete security.
